I like to think of my role as a puzzle — finding the perfect missing piece in a company's org and making the match. I have a particular passion for early talent recruiting, as the first jobs we take on and the companies we join have the opportunity to profoundly shape the direction of our careers.
Tiffany first discovered her passion for connecting people with opportunities during her undergrad at the University of California, Davis, where she worked in the student advising department mentoring countless students as they charted their path to graduation and explored career options.
She then kicked off her formal career in recruiting, spending time scaling teams at hyper-growth startups like Palantir Technologies and Robinhood. Working in recruiting at fast-growing companies put her in the center of the action, watching startups evolve through the incredible folks who joined and brought fresh ideas.
Drawing on her college experience, Tiffany has maintained a particular focus on early talent recruiting. She's helped build and manage intern programs and on-campus recruiting initiatives. Now as a Senior Talent Analyst at First Round, she helps growing startups connect with talented candidates across the tech ecosystem.
Tiffany also does wedding and event coordination on the side, creating lifelong, unforgettable memories and enjoying the positivity and energy that surrounds these special occasions.
