Rachel began her career in technical recruiting by sourcing talent for two early-stage startups. Through close collaboration with founders and engineering teams in fast-paced startup environments, she gained firsthand experience in what it takes to scale teams and attract top-tier talent in high-growth environments.
Her natural extroversion and talent for relationship building has been evident since her early days - getting feedback about her "nonstop chatter" and eagerness to connect with others as early as elementary school. This inherent drive to connect with others led her naturally into recruiting, where she now helps connect extraordinary talent with visionary founders in the First Round portfolio.
