Prior to joining First Round, Kristen was a member of the strategic finance team at Lemonade and Rent the Runway. There, she dove deep into financial models and data to provide important analyses to help guide the businesses toward meeting their goals. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, she played an instrumental role in refining strategies, enhancing operational efficiency, and communicating financial insights to investors.
She began her career in corporate and investment banking at Bank of America, working with consumer and retail clients to achieve their strategic goals and provide access to the platform of banking services. She drove execution of various financing transactions including debt and equity offerings, acquisition financing, syndicated loans, and liability management.
An East Coast native, Kristen grew up in Florida and graduated from Wake Forest University.
