Prior to his role at First Round, Justin earned a B.S. in Management Science from UC San Diego and spent the first part of his professional career working as a fundraiser in non-profit Off-Broadway theater organizations.
His background in hospitality and non-profit work has shaped his approach to creating meaningful experiences and fostering community in the workplace. Now at First Round, he focuses on supporting the team and broader community through thoughtful resource management and special events, as well as supporting partner Hayley Barna.
