Elizabeth graduated from Franklin and Marshall College with a degree in History and started her career as a fourth-grade science teacher at an elementary school in Buffalo, New York. She later transitioned to a role in school operations, where she managed everything from classroom lunch delivery and open houses to our state testing program.
While she loved her time in the classroom, she decided to escape the exceptionally chilly Buffalo winters and moved to San Francisco to work as a human resources and talent acquisition consultant. She helped an experienced HR executive advise dozens of startups on policies and processes and served as a fractional recruiter to grow their teams.
