As an operations specialist, I have a passion for creating and enhancing workplace experiences that foster employee engagement, productivity, and satisfaction. While the incredible First Round team supports our community of founders and startup leaders, I look for opportunities to go above and beyond so that they have the tools they need to do their best work.
I have a master’s degree from Drexel University, a bachelor’s degree from University of Louisville (GO CARDS!), a certified professional in SHRM, Certified Payroll Professional designation, a Notary Public in Pennsylvania. Yes, you could say I’m organized to a fault. But I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty in the kitchen and I make a mean eggplant parmesan to prove it!
When not at work, you can likely find me performing on stage at a local theatre, trying out a new recipe, or hanging with my husband and our spoiled Boston Terrier, Sophia, in South Philly.
