I have a very international background having grown up in Japan, studied in Argentina, and worked in Singapore. As always when visiting a new country, I love exploring new places, meeting people, and navigating cultural differences. I find it fascinating. Living in the U.S., particularly New York, has been a dream come true.
After completing my studies in France, I co-founded Reaturn, a logistics startup aimed at reducing waste from single-use food packaging, where I oversaw sales, marketing, and partnerships.
Following this, I spent three years at WILCO, Europe’s largest startup accelerator. I worked as a startup manager, assisting founders at over 40 startups to reach their first million in ARR. I offered guidance on various topics, including business and marketing strategy, initial hires, and fundraising.
I am constantly inspired by the boundless energy, passion, and resilience entrepreneurs pour into their ventures. Their everyday struggles, successes, and challenges have continually fueled my dedication. It’s why I’m thrilled at the prospect of getting hands-on and deeply involved in supporting founders as the GTM Manager here at First Round. I’m incredibly excited to collaborate with such a smart team and the most promising early-stage startups in the ecosystem.
Outside of work, I’m a very social person, and spending time with my loved ones is crucial for my balance. I enjoy laughing and having deep conversations. I also love running; it helps clear my mind and Central Park is a true delight for that! I love nature and I always have flowers at home. I’m quite hands-on, so I’m thrilled whenever I can create something (pottery, painting, sewing, cooking). By the way, I’m a huge fan of Japanese cuisine, a legacy from my childhood in Tokyo.
