I’ve always found a deep sense of purpose in supporting the dreams and aspirations of others, which is why it’s so fulfilling to spend my days focusing on an area we spend so much of our lives in: our careers. As a Talent Researcher, I get to put this purpose into practice, leading First Round’s internal recruiting process to ensure we attract and retain the best and brightest people in the biz. I also work with the team to research new connections for the First Round ecosystem to continue building and growing our incredible community. It’s exhilarating to witness firsthand how innovative startups are shaping the industries of tomorrow.
I’m no stranger to First Round companies. I began my journey into talent acquisition at Clover Health and more recently, I was a Technical Sourcer at Roblox, specializing in identifying top candidates in product, data, and G&A functions. Throughout my career, I’ve led several initiatives aimed at optimizing the recruiting process, refining sourcing strategy, and building positive candidate experiences. I’ve found the most joy in playing matchmaker with talented individuals and great companies through my work.
Outside the office, you can’t get me to stop talking about my hobbies like video games, travel, language learning, and volleyball. As a Bay Area native, you’ll find me looking for the hottest new restaurants or food festivals in the area. Music is another passion of mine, and I’m frequently attending concerts or traveling for festivals.
